Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

We are Mountain Standard Time (MST) so plan your arrival accordingly.  All check-ins planned for after 8PM must be pre-arranged with the office before arriving.

Late check-out's may be available; please make prior arrangements with the Office.  An $18 fee will be charged for up to 1PM.  If you require to stay beyond 1PM you may have to move your RV (as we may have reserved your spot to another guest) and will be charged a full nights rate.

Please make us aware of your desire to stay as early as possible.  We will gladly extend your stay if your site is available (not already reserved for another guest).  Unfortunately, during busy times of the summer we are fully booked and you may not be able to remain in your existing site.  Every attempt will be made to accommodate.

There is a contact phone number listed on the office front door.  If there is an emergency please call 911.

It typically takes 40min-1hr for our washers and dryers to complete their cycles.  Making sure your loads are in by 6PM ensures that your loads will be completed and picked up prior to the laundry closing time of 8PM.

We do not have accessible garbage cans in the park.  We ask you to leave your "bagged" garbage at the end of your site, which we will pick-up twice a day - 11AM and again at 7PM.

Please only leave bagged garbage.  We do not allow any non-garbage items (broken chairs, coolers, BBQ's, poles, etc.) to be left with us (we do not have the ability to dispose).  If you brought it in and don't want it anymore please take out with you and dispose properly.  We may elect to charge a disposal fee if unaccepted items are left at the park.

Yes.  On occasions we have had Bears, Deer, Elk, Moose, Turkey's, etc. in the park grounds.  We ask that you do not disturb them if you see them.  Please report all sighting to the office.

You can canceled your reservation within 48-hours of your scheduled arrival with no fee.  Within 48-hours your card on file will be charged one night only.  For holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) cancellations must be received no less than 5-days from scheduled arrival.

Guests who do not show up for their reservations will be charged for the first night.

We understand that life happens and a guest may have to leave prior to the end of their paid reservation term.  We typically will provide full refund for those un-used nights.  Please let the office know as soon as possible.

When you bring your firewood from your backyard, etc. you risk carrying tree killing insects or diseases right into our park.  Consistent with many RV parks and campgrounds in Montana (as well as many throughout the US), and in support of Montana invasive species recommendations, Campground St. Regis is no longer allowing outside fire wood to be brought in and burned at our park.  Firewood bundles are available at our park store.  Thank you for your mutual support!

Yes.  EV charging will be included in your site fee if the only vehicle that is occupying the site is an EV.  EV tow vehicles will be typically charged a fee of $18 to charge.  Additional fee will be added for multiple charges (guest staying for multiple nights).
